As the sister company of Laux Creative, we exist to create stories and “share our toys” with fellow creative spirits. We started as freelance videographers and grew into a video production studio. We want to empower storytellers to access the best gear at a reasonable cost.
We make using cutting-edge gear attainable for one-man bands and small video studios alike.

Columbus Camera Rentals is run by the video production company, Laux Creative. We keep our tools in top-notch condition, current, and updated because we use them too. When we aren’t shooting, they are collecting dust on a shelf and other creators could be putting them to use to tell their stories.
Explore Our Gear
Rental equipment is limited. Please call, message or make reservation on our site in advance to confirm availability. A credit card and photo ID will be scanned when picking up the item. Rental cost will be paid in full at pick-up.
The day of your rental, please arrive at our office after 4PM. Equipment must be returned by 10AM of the return date.
Weekends are only charged as a single day! (Friday-Monday morning)
Buying gear that you may only use for a couple of shoots doesn’t make sense. We give you access to gear when you need it.
Our gear and rental prices are perfect for students working on a big assignment or developing their portfolios.
